When I graduated college, I started setting short term (yearly) and long term (5 year) goals on my birthday. Every month, I would sit down and assess my goals to see where and if I needed to pivot. Not a bad system at all.
One day, I caught wind of a creative arts project with goal setting in mind. It was made popular by the Oprah Winfrey show and decided to make one of my own.
After embarking on that first project, I shared it literally with anyone who would listen: my women's ministry, the incarcerated girls at the Youth Detention Center, friends, family and eventually I started hosting workshops for strangers.
Finally, I decided to make it a course to reach more people. I had perfected the process and execution over 10 years and reached many people to help them achieve their goals, dreams and desires in a specified time frame.

ABOUT THE Course Creator
A. Joi Jones is a pharmacist, fitness instructor and self-proclaimed food addict and authour of Diets Are Dead Win Small with M.E.D.S.. She is looking to transform her fellow food fanatics and help them continue to enjoy food while making healthier choices and incorporating practical exercise regimens. Her passion is mentoring people to live goal driven lifestyles that promote positive self-images.
She advanced her consistent writing career in 2012 as a blogger at Rx Fitness Lady. Across Macon Middle Georgia, she has taught weekly group fitness classes since 2011 and has practiced retail pharmacy since 2006. She is the creator and trainer of In The Paint Fitness Online Workout Program (Since Covid-19).
